The training information within this section is to help provide you with ideas for your (or your clients) cardiovascular training and related goals.
There are many sample cardiovascular workouts featured, which can be tailored toward ability, goals, and current period of training. The workouts can be used alone or in conjunction with the sample gym workout routines provided on this site.
I (GP) suggest that you read the Cardio Workout Considerations & Options before reviewing any sample workouts. As always, if new to training, it's advised that you seek medical advice prior to undertaking a new exercise regime. If the workouts are for a new client, you should also take the rudimentary precautions of a PAR-Q and health/ fitness tests. Articles on all of these subjects can be found on GymProfessor.com.
