Below are links to various sample treadmill cardio workouts. The order in which the treadmill workouts appear sort of reflects the difficulty of the workouts - ranging from low to high respectively - but you can use any workout & alter it slightly to make it harder or easier (changing duration, work:rest, incline, speed etc.).
Your treadmill (whether home-use or commercial) should have a variety of set programs available also, allowing you to alter the speed/ incline etc. maunally, so you can make a set program more difficult or easier.
