Often performed nowadays in a Grappler/ Landmine (a device with two bearing housings, one pivoting up & down, the other left and right), but can be performed by simply placing a bar against an object (as shown). The exercise can be made more difficult by loading weight on to the bar (far side of image) and various attachment handles can be purchased. As the name "Grappler" suggests, this is a preferred exercise of those involved in grappling sports - MMA, Wrestling, Judo etc.
