As though you needed showing, here's a Press-Up. Please remember to perform them correctly through - full range-of-movement and controlled.
Muscle worked during the Press-Ups:
Primary Muscles: Pectoralis Major (Chest).
Secondary Muscles: Anterior Deltoids, Triceps, Serratus Anterior, Anconeus.
Stabilizing Muscles: Lateral Deltoids, Rectus Addominis, Transversus Abdominis, Forearm Flexors...
