Start & Finish Position
Flat Dumbbell Flyes are a great exercise, however, I'm always more inclined to teach and use Incline Dumbbell Flyes in preference. The reason, simply it's far easier to get the dumbbells in and out of position correctly. Moreover, most gym-goers lack upper-chest development, so it's an ideal opportunity to get them off a flat bench ;)
