A great way to change-up your training - Globe Gripz™ allow you to quickly switch grip to hit muscles in a different plain. Here (image above), Matt switches to a neutral-grip (palms facing) of the Globe Gripz™ to perform Barbell Hammer Curls for greater emphasis on the Brachialis, Brachioradialis and Anconeus.
The neutral-grip is great used in a multi-set with other grips of the globes. Here's a good tri-set workout for Biceps (& related muscles):
Barbell Hammer Curls (neutral-grip);
Barbell Curls (orthodox-grip);
Bent-Over Barbell Curls (EZ-style grip).
