A favorite exercise of Arnold's (Arnold Schwarzenegger), hence the name. A favorite exercise of mine too. Arnold Dumbbell Press is a great alternative to shoulder press, allowing an extra few inches of travel to task the shoulder complex and pronation of the forearm/ palm on the drive phase. It's made more comfortable again with the use of GLOBE GRIPZ™, which also makes Arnold Dumbbell Curl and Press a great exercise for bicep and shoulder tie-in.
