This'll stop you cheating those dumbbells up, put a bench in an incline position and perform your curls - regular Curls, Supination Curls, Hammer Curls - like that. Better-still, try performing them with GLOBE GRIPZ™ - phew!
One thing I like to get people to do is 21's on Incline Dumbbell Curls - 7 reps halfway up, 7 reps halfway down, 7 full reps. Give it a go!
