Here's an interesting variation of curls for you... Dumbbell Scott Hammer Curls. I bet many of you haven't tried this one before. Give it a go as either a pre-exhaust or post-exhaust exercise. You may find the exercise more comfortable when performed using GLOBE GRIPZ™.
