A lot of peacher benches have bar rests in place, so Dumbbell Preacher Curls or Dumbbell Preacher Hammer Curls are not common gym exercises, however, if you fancy a variation from the norm, give them a go. Similarly to other preacher bench exercises, your shoulder muscles aren't needed to play as great a role in stabilizing the shoulder joint and the mid-point of the movement should feel tougher than performing the same exercise in an orthodox stance.
