For all-intents-and-purposes, Dumbbell Concentration Curls to the same shoulder are very much like performing a one-arm Scott Curl, your angle over the weight making the load more difficult towards the top of the movement (mid-point). This exercise hits the Biceps Brachii and Brachialis in fairly equal measure.
