Similarly to Scott Curls, Bent-Over Curls (with a Barbell or EZ Bar) is an easy adjustment in order to change the resistance at different phases of the curl movement.
Performing curls in this fashion is becoming increasingly popular amongst Mixed Martial Arts athletes, as a sports-specific exercise.
Personally, using GLOBE GRIPZ™, Bent-Over Curls is one of my favorite supersets with regular curls. Give it a go!
