An easy adjustment to change the resistance at different phases of the curl movement. Scott Curls or Bent-Over Curls can prove a great superset with a regular curl, they're also a particular favorite of sports athletes involved in grappling and punching (i.e. MMA). The name Scott Curls originates from the first Mr. Olympia Larry Scott whom is a great advocate of the exercise. They're also known as Spider Curls.
